BE MINE

#BE_MINE
The moment I sight my eyes on her
I was mesmerized and hypnotized her
Can’t figure out what special in her
But I saw pulchritude damsel in her
Be mine.

When I can’t stop thinking about her
Couldn’t fling her off my thinker
I realized I’ve got a feeling for her
That makes me dream of her
I’II gives my soul to her, never asunder from her.
Be mine

It’s not my business what you had with her
Now I see that you are not free of her
And I will be glad to compete for her
But the fractured heart cries
Be mine

I’m just a traveler from afar
A light from a shining star
They speak to me those eyes of hers
Now I belong to her
Which I hope you are
Be mine

Being in love is so lovely with her
My heartbeat sings name of hers
Birds chirp and ask me to take her along
Let there be thirst for love to grow with her
Permit time stand still, while love makes us alive.
Be mine

Don’t tie me up with your burdens
Someday you will love somebody
I could be that body
Where there will be nobody
To stop anybody
Be mine

Now I want to live for you
I am growing thirsty for love
Let there be love
Listen to what my heart echoes
Be mine.

If you are not ready to be mine
You can leave a boat of mine
Let's give space to follow our mind
To avoid forcing any mind
In going for what he/she mind.
Be mine.

STATE OF THE NATION-NIGERIA

Where are we heading to? This country is not in proper shape. We really need to admit this if we must even have a chance at outlining the solutions. There's no serious system to scrutinises our leaders. The same class of people rule us every now and then. The blantant truth is that they are intricately familiar with what the masses need.  From what I've observed, it seems our leaders deliberately  ensure  that they keep everyone hungry so that  the  bags of Rice and cash which they share during the electioneering periods will appeal  most to the impoverished people who constitutes the highest percentage of voters. Some literate and jobless citizen are also into the habit of collecting money from politicians-who have made...
