#DEPRESSION
I have no idea of how I feel
How I act or how I think
Even loss interest in everything
Eventually I rethink
Ash am depressed.

I postulated what grief is this?
I couldn’t think sufficed
If it's a loss of dearest or businesses
Disappointment or thorniness.

I solicited myself on this
To avoid chronic pain and heart disease
Irrespective of anyone it's

Let abstain from this thing
It’s not resisting anything
Regression and regretting

Once it haps 
See it as history not your story
If solely you realize dearie
No one caution or chary

Be your mood rally
Not immediately but definitely
To uphold solemnly
Without getting swings easily
Overcome your DEPRESSION.
